Platinum Vacation Club Membership

• 30-year membership
• One week vacation every year
• Occupancy for two to four persons
• A total of 30 weeks (210 nights)

Gold Vacation Club Membership

• 30-year membership
• One week vacation every two years
• Occupancy for two to four persons
• A total of 15 weeks (105 nights)

Silver Vacation Club Membership

• 10-year membership
• One week vacation every two years
• Sixth week to be utilised in any year of the membership
• Occupancy for two to four persons
• A total of six weeks (42 nights)

How to Make a Booking

How to book a holiday with QVI Club and XchangeWorld

• Decide which resorts or destinations you would like to visit, then check for availability using the Online Availability function at www.xchangeworld.com/xchange_online.html
• For Home Resorts, Limited Collection resorts and Exclusive Boutique Collection, and for affiliated resorts that are not listed online, please contact our Customer Experience Ambassadors to check availability.
• Have at least 3 travel date options. The more flexible you are, the higher your chances of securing availability at the resort of your choice.
• Contact our Customer Experience Ambassadors at customercare@qviclub.com to make your reservation as early as possible.
• In your reservation email, please provide us with your name, QVI or IR ID, and package ID to help us expedite your request.
• Pay your Usage* and Xchange Fees* to confirm your booking, if you have not already done so.
   

Helpful Tips

• Be flexible with your travelling dates and have options spread out over a few weeks. This will increase your chance of obtaining availability.
• Don’t be afraid to explore alternative destinations.
• Consider off-peak periods for holiday travel when there are fewer crowds and lower prices for airfares, restaurants, tourist activities and attractions.
• Plan your holiday travel based on which resorts have availability, and not on-demand.

Booking Guidelines

• QVI Club membership is for holiday travel and not for business travel or cities-only travel.
• Reservations at Home Resorts or any QVI Club affiliated resorts are subject to availability and are not for specific travel dates or peak period travel.
• Reservations have to be made in advance. Last minute bookings will not be accepted.
• Occupancy is usually for 2 to 4 people, depending on the maximum occupancy policy of the resort selected.
• Website photos of the resorts and rooms may not be representative; your room may not appear exactly as in the photos. Only the unit type and the occupancy are as indicated in your Confirmation Voucher.
• Additional booking fees may apply for some destinations or resorts. You will be advised at the point of booking.
• Most resorts require a security deposit at check-in, to be set against damage, loss or non-payment of purchases. This deposit will be refunded on check-out if no costs have been incurred.
